Un-Ku Moon is a Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Oregon State University. He earned his Ph.D. (1994), M.Eng. (1989), and B.S. (1987) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Cornell University, and the University of Washington, respectively.

- Analog and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits
- High-Speed Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs)
- Switched-Capacitor and Switched-RC Circuits
- Low-Voltage/Low-Power Circuit Design
- Noise-Shaped and Stochastic ADCs

Moon leads a research group of 8-15 graduate students, collaborating on chip design for analog-digital interfaces. He served as Editor-in-Chief for IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits and contributed to major conferences like ISSCC and VLSI.
