Un-Ku Moon

Un-Ku Moon is a Professor in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Oregon State University. He earned his Ph.D. (1994), M.Eng. (1989), and B.S. (1987) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Cornell University, and the University of Washington, respectively.

Research Interests focus on

• Analog and Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits
• High-Speed Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs)
• Switched-Capacitor and Switched-RC Circuits
• Low-Voltage/Low-Power Circuit Design
• Noise-Shaped and Stochastic ADCs

His work addresses ADC efficiency in smartphones, medical devices, and communication systems, with trends including predictive level-shifting, ring amplifier optimization, and spread-spectrum clock generation.
