Prof. Dr. Ulrike Lohmann is a Full Professor for Experimental Atmospheric Physics at ETH Zurich's Institute for Atmospheric and Climate Science since 2004. She currently serves as Vice Rector for Doctoral Studies and has held leadership roles, including Head of the Institute (2006–2014) and President of the Lecturer's Conference (2020–2022). Her research focuses on clouds, aerosols, and their impacts on climate, integrating laboratory experiments, field measurements, and climate modeling to address uncertainties in climate prediction and extreme weather events.

- Key Projects: Coordinated EU BACCHUS (2014–2018), chaired ECHAM-HAMMOZ consortium (2009–2017).
