Ulrika Haake is a Professor at the Department of Education and Director of the Umeå School of Sport Sciences at Umeå University. She holds a doctoral degree from 2004 and became an associate professor (docent) in 2013. Her roles include leading the Leadership, Organisation and Working Life (LOA) research area in the Department of Education and directing the national network on Workplace Learning. Her work focuses on organizational behavior, gender equality in professions, and higher education governance.
