Ulrich Pape is a Professor of Finance at the Berlin Campus of ESCP Business School, where he has been a faculty member since 2002. He teaches finance and valuation courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and contributes to Executive MBA and Executive Education programs. He actively supports doctoral development and coordinates Berlin's doctoral program. As local academic director of the Master in Management (MIM) program, he collaborates internationally to steer its strategy and development. From 2003–2011, he served as Vice Rector of the Berlin Campus.

Research Interests: His work focuses on corporate finance, financial management, corporate valuation, and value-based management. His textbook is a standard reference in German-speaking academic circles. His research outputs include numerous articles and books in these areas.
Professional Background: Before academia, he worked at Deutsche Bank in Hamburg. He has held leadership roles in program coordination and strategic development at ESCP, including MIM program oversight and Berlin Campus administration.
