Ulrich Palm

Professor Ulrich Palm serves as the head of the Field of Public Law, Financial and Tax Law (550B) and holds dual leadership roles as Field Leader and Managing Director at the Institute for Legal Sciences (550) at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin. He additionally chairs the Commission for Self-Control in Science.

His research focuses on Public Law, Tax Law, and Financial Law, with particular expertise in corporate taxation structures, legal entities, and non-profit organization regulations. His scholarly work bridges theoretical legal frameworks with practical tax applications in both national and international contexts.
