Ulrich Hansen

Dr. Ulrich Hansen is a Reader in Medical Engineering at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Imperial College London, within the Faculty of Engineering. He holds a Dipl.Ing. in Solid Mechanics from the Technical University of Denmark and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware. His research focuses on bone mechanics, implant performance, shoulder biomechanics, and cartilage properties, with affiliations to the Shoulder Research Group, Bone Health Research Group, and Institute for Molecular Science and Engineering.
