Ulf-G. Meissner

Prof. Dr. Dr. hc Ulf-G. Meißner is the Director of the Theory of strong interaction (IAS-4) group at the Institute for Advanced Simulation (IAS) within Forschungszentrum Jülich. His research focuses on theoretical physics, particularly in the domain of strong interactions, a fundamental aspect of quantum chromodynamics (QCD). Based at the Wilhelm-Johnen-Straße campus in Jülich, Germany, he leads research efforts in understanding the dynamics of hadrons and nuclear systems.
