Dr. Udari Colombage is a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Monash University, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences. She is actively engaged in research related to women's health, pelvic floor dysfunction, and rehabilitation for breast cancer survivors. Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being).

Her recent research focuses on evaluating pelvic floor muscle function in women with breast cancer and assessing the feasibility of telehealth interventions for urinary incontinence. She has led and co-led multiple research projects since 2020, including a cross-sectional study and a telehealth trial. Her publications appear in journals such as Disability and Rehabilitation, Continence, and Breast Cancer, reflecting a strong trend in clinical physiotherapy research with oncology applications.
