Uchenna Nweke

Dr. Uchenna Nweke is a Senior Lecturer at Buckinghamshire New University, where he serves as Course Leader for the MSc International Business Management and contributes to programs in the Business School. His academic roles include teaching and research in culturally responsive education and organizational performance. He holds a PhD in Business and Management from Staffordshire University and an MBA from Abia State University Nigeria. Professional affiliations include Fellow of Advance HE and membership in the British Academy of Management and Chartered Management Institute.

Research focuses on organizational accountability in the Independent Church Sector (ICS) and sustainable transportation solutions. Notable outputs include co-authoring the 2022 GuildHE report on ethnic minority postgraduate experiences and the book Attain, Retain & Train, guiding church sector stakeholders. He advises the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and leads the Church Sector Management Solutions Project (CSMSP), offering training and collaborative studies.

Recent projects include the Locally Driven Sustainable Airport Surface Access Solutions for Buckinghamshire, partnering with London Heathrow and Luton Airports. Teaching responsibilities span MSc International Business Management, MBA, and BSc International Business Studies programs.
