Tynan Kelly is a Teaching Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Nevada, Reno. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Brandeis University (2015), an M.S. in Mathematics from the University of Nevada, Reno (2010), and a B.S. in Mathematics from the same institution (2008).
His research focuses on low-dimensional topology and knot theory, particularly knot concordance. He is affiliated with the Davidson Mathematics and Science Center and can be reached at tbkelly@unr.edu. His professional activities include teaching and research in advanced mathematical topics.
