Tuba AYDAN is a full-time Lecturer at Karabuk University's School of Foreign Languages, specializing in English Literature and Foreign Language Education. She holds two bachelor's degrees from Istanbul University (2007) and Karabuk University (2019), and is currently completing her PhD in English Language and Literature at Karabuk University's Graduate Education Institute.

Tuba coordinates two international projects: "Ebru Everywhere" (focusing on multiculturalism) and "Healthy Wooden Toys" (addressing sustainable design). These projects align with United Nations, World Bank, UNESCO, EU, and Council of Europe initiatives.
