Trond Beldo Klausen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology and Social Work at Aalborg University, affiliated with The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and the SocMap Research Group. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Aalborg University (2007) and served as Head of his department from 2015 to 2023. His research focuses on social inequality, educational mobility, labor market transitions, and spatial dimensions of inequality. Current projects include 'Work-Integrated Learning/Problem-Based Learning and Employability' and 'Discrepancies Between Administrative and Survey Data on Individuals’ Education Expertise.'
