Trisha Lawson is an Associate Professor in the School of Rehabilitation Therapy at Queen's University, affiliated with the Faculty of Health Sciences. She holds a cross-appointment with the International Centre for the Advancement of Community Based Rehabilitation. Her research focuses on renal rehabilitation, tele-rehabilitation, and narrative practice, particularly developing evidence-based guidelines for chronic renal disease patients. She teaches in Queen's entry-level MScPT program, covering multifactor dysfunction, electro-physical agents, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy topics.
