TRINH Tri is an Assistant Professor in Finance at NEOMA Business School. He teaches courses on Corporate Finance, Capital Budgeting, and Financing. His research primarily focuses on empirical corporate finance and hedge funds, with additional interests in tax avoidance and institutional investor behavior.
His recent academic contributions include studies on the impact of modern information technology on corporate payout policies, the influence of supplier CSR on customer-supplier relationships, and the role of activist investors in corporate mergers and acquisitions. His work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Financial Research, North American Journal of Economics and Finance, and Journal of Business Research.
Tri Trinh earned his PhD in Finance from Auburn University in 2019. His research has been presented at major finance conferences, including the Financial Management Association (FMA) Annual Conference and the European Accounting Association (EAA) Annual Conference.
