Tran Chieu-Minh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the National University of Singapore, specializing in model theory and definable geometry. His research integrates topological and geometric methods with mathematical logic.
Current investigations focus on model-theoretic approaches to combinatorics, field arithmetic, and number theory. Previously completed postdoctoral research at University of Notre Dame under Anand Pillay and Sergei Starchenko, following doctoral studies at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign advised by Lou van den Dries.
