Tracy Irish

Dr. Tracy Irish is the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs at Capitol Technology University, where she teaches courses such as Foundations of Doctoral Learning, Research Methodologies, and Biotechnology Applications. She earned a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Southern Illinois University (1982), an M.A. in Instructional Systems Design, and a Ph.D. in Language, Literacy, and Culture from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (2016). Her career spans roles in benchtop science, education, and academic administration.
