Tracy Fitzpatrick is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Nursing at Anglia Ruskin University (ARU), affiliated with the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Social Care. She maintains active clinical practice at Addenbrooke's Hospital and joined ARU in 2018 as a Clinical Skills Tutor before advancing to her current role in 2020. Tracy is currently pursuing a Professional Doctorate in Education.

Research Interests:
Tracy's work centers on innovative educational methodologies and pediatric care, specifically:
- Simulation-based teaching for clinical placement readiness
- Surgical care strategies for children and adolescents
- Specialized training frameworks in children's nursing
Professional Affiliations & Activities:
She holds memberships with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and Royal College of Nursing. Tracy also contributed to Cambridge University Hospitals' recruitment initiatives, including a Paediatric Recovery video.
