Tracy Barr is an Executive Fellow and Lead Tutor at Henley Business School, University of Reading, where she leads the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. She plays a key role in coaching education and leadership development programs.
Her research and professional interests focus on executive and team coaching, leadership development, and coaching supervision. Drawing from cognitive behavioural, performance, solution-focused, and goal-focused coaching techniques, Tracy integrates evidence-based psychological principles into practice. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over twenty years of consultancy experience, emphasizing practical applications in organizational settings.
Tracy completed a postgraduate certificate in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University, enhancing her expertise in supervisory practices. She serves as a Henley-accredited coach and Associate Coach on leadership programmes, combining academic engagement with active professional practice.
She is also a Coaching Supervisor, having completed a postgraduate certificate in Coaching Supervision from Oxford Brookes University. Her work bridges academic training and real-world application in coaching and leadership development.
Tracy maintains her own coaching practice while contributing to Henley’s academic and professional development offerings, demonstrating a strong commitment to both education and applied psychology.
