Tracey Whitley

Tracey Whitley, D.M.D., M.S., is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, where she serves as Division Head of Periodontics and Director of Pre-doctoral Periodontics. She directs all pre-doctoral and dental hygiene periodontal courses while maintaining clinical practice in the Faculty Practice.

Her educational background includes:

• Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors, Henderson State University (collegiate swimmer)
• Doctorate in Dental Medicine, Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (2014)
• Master of Science in Periodontics, University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry (2017)

Dr. Whitley's research focuses on the genetic regulation and genetic components of periodontal disease, established during her residency research.
