Torunn Helene Robstad

Torunn Helene Robstad is an Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator for the Master's Programme in Dance at the Academy of Dance, Oslo National Academy of the Arts. Educated at the Norwegian National Opera Ballet School and Alvin Ailey American Dance Center, she specializes in communication/interpretation and production/performance work.

Scientific Contributions include collaborations in artistic research, with notable 2025 lecture on dance improvisation and 2024 works examining gestural frameworks and experimental performance. Earlier projects (2016-2019) investigated movement analysis, choreographic expression, and theatrical experimentation.
