Tore Bonsaksen is a Professor in Mental Health at the University of Inland Norway's Faculty of Health and Social Sciences, based in Elverum. He holds a dual background as an occupational therapist with 13 years in hospital-based mental health services (1997-2010) and a 13+ year academic career in research and higher education. His research focuses on mental health determinants, healthcare organization, work participation, job satisfaction, and student learning processes.
