Tora Hammar is an Associate Professor in Health Informatics and Pharmaceuticals at the eHealth Institute, Linnaeus University. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences and has extensive experience in research, education, and collaboration within eHealth and medication management. Her work focuses on improving healthcare safety and efficiency through digital tools, including clinical decision support systems, electronic prescribing, and patient-centered medication processes.
