Dr. Tony La Salle serves as a Professor in Delaware Valley University's Department of Education, teaching American Education, Student Teaching Seminar, and Studio Art I/II while supervising student teachers and coordinating field experiences. His career spans decades of educational leadership across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
His academic credentials include:
- Ed.D. in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Temple University
- M.A. in Education, Administration and Supervision from Rider University
Dr. La Salle's expertise bridges educational theory and artistic practice, with research interests spanning Education, Art Education, Curriculum Development, Teacher Training, Studio Art, and Alternative Education. His dual proficiency manifests through classroom instruction and active artistic creation.
As a recognized artist, his works adorn private and corporate collections throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. He conducts painting creativity workshops for schools and corporate groups, integrating artistic expression with educational frameworks. Previously, he supervised diverse secondary programs including business education, food science, foreign language, special education, art, music, and industrial arts while serving as K-12 curriculum coordinator for technology education and corporate-school partnerships.
