معرفی
Dr. Toni Helm is a Researcher and head of the 'Strongly Correlated Electron Systems' research group at the Dresden High Magnetic Field Laboratory, part of the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR). His work focuses on advanced materials such as topological insulators, superconductors, and quantum materials under extreme conditions. He leads a team investigating phenomena like quantum oscillations, magnetotransport properties, and electronic phase transitions in strongly correlated systems.
His research interests span condensed matter physics, superconductivity, and the interplay between magnetism and electronic structure. Recent studies include high-pressure synthesis of superhydrides, thermal transport in low-density metals, and the discovery of unusual metallic states in A15-type compounds. Dr. Helm’s group employs advanced experimental techniques, including nuclear magnetic resonance and ultrasonic spectroscopy, to probe material behavior at the quantum level.
Publications highlight contributions to understanding topological materials, fractionalized excitations, and the symbiosis of antiferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic phases in layered systems. His work bridges fundamental physics with applications in next-generation materials science.
