Tomi Slotte Dufva

Tomi Slotte Dufva is a Senior University Lecturer at Aalto University’s School of Arts, Design, and Architecture, affiliated with the Department of Art and Media. His work bridges art, technology, and science, with a focus on emerging practices in art education and critical engagement with digitality.

Slotte Dufva’s research explores post-digital art education, embodied digitality, code literacy, digital feminism, and societal implications of AI. He emphasizes interdisciplinary pedagogy that integrates media literacy, creative coding, and art-science studies.

Slotte Dufva co-founded Robotti, an art & craft school merging art, science, and technology education. His teaching spans programming and interactive art, from primary schools to universities, reflecting his commitment to accessible, critical digital literacy.
