Tomi Mäki-Opas

Tomi Mäki-Opas is Professor of Social and Public Policy at the University of Eastern Finland's Faculty of Social Sciences and Business Studies, leading research on effectiveness in health and social services. He directs the 'Effectiveness in social and health services' research community and collaborates with Northern Savo welfare region.
