Dr. hab. Tomasz Nowicki, Professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL), is a prominent historian specializing in the Nobility of Royal Prussia, 18th-century Włocławek Diocese, and prosopographic methods. Affiliated with the Faculty of Humanities and Department of Source Studies, Archival Studies and History Didactics since 1993, he has served as Director of the Institute of History since 2016.
