Tomasz Grzyb

Professor Tomasz Grzyb is a social psychologist and Dean of the Faculty of Psychology at SWPS University in Wrocław. His research focuses on social influence mechanisms, particularly obedience and disobedience. He is Editor-in-Chief of the Polish Psychological Bulletin and President of the Polish Association of Social Psychology. His work includes internationally published books like 100 Effective Techniques of Social Influence and articles in journals such as Journal of Experimental Social Psychology. He also leads the Center for Research on Social Behavior. Recognitions include the 2025 Professor title and the 2017 Best Popular Science Book Award.
