Tomasz Dyczkowski

Dr. Tomasz Dyczkowski is a Professor at the Department of Cost Accounting, Tax Management and Controlling at Wrocław University of Economics (UEW). He holds the position of Rector's Plenipotentiary for Coordination of Educational Offer for International Student Exchange Programs and serves as the ECTS Field Coordinator. His academic roles include teaching courses such as Controlling, Project Management with MS Project, and IT Project Management, primarily in English for Erasmus and international students.

His research focuses on management control systems, performance management in SMEs and NGOs, sustainable business practices, and the integration of information technology in financial processes. He has authored over 50 publications, including key works on failure management strategies, non-profit sector reporting, and strategic management accounting in the EU. His work frequently addresses cross-cultural business dynamics and the impact of digital transformation on organizational processes.

Dr. Dyczkowski coordinates Erasmus mobility programs for students in fields like Business Analytics, Finance, and Controlling. He supervises seminars on topics such as budgeting, controlling in non-profit organizations, and IT systems in management. His collaborations include the COEUR project, an EU-funded initiative promoting business creativity and europreneurship through intercultural team learning.

He is actively involved in academic peer review processes, serving as a reviewer for journals like Zeszyty Teorii i Rozwoju.
