Dr. Tomasz Bojkowski serves as a Senior Lecturer with a PhD in the Department of Public Finance at Poznan University of Economics and Business (UEP). He holds significant administrative roles including Member of the UEP Electoral College, Deputy Chairwoman of the Senate Committee for Organizational and Statutory Affairs, and Deputy Chairwoman of the Rector's Committee for the UEP Statute.
His research specializes in the legal and operational frameworks of public financial systems, with emphasis on:

- Government revenue management
