Tom Stephens

Tom Stephens is a Teaching Fellow at the London School of Economics (LSE) School of Public Policy and CASE Associate. He holds a PhD in Social Policy from LSE (2024) focusing on work and wellbeing through the Capability Approach framework. As an Associate Fellow at the New Economics Foundation, he conducts quantitative research on job quality and early childhood education policy.
