Tom Simcock

Dr. Tom Simcock is a Research Fellow and Research Manager of the Healthy Housing Initiative at the University of Huddersfield's School of Human and Health Sciences. As a Chartered Psychologist and certified Market Research Society member, he specializes in housing policy (particularly private renting), public sector reform, and organizational change. He serves on the Housing Studies Association Board as Secretary and chairs Renting Evidence, a knowledge-exchange platform for housing research.
