Dr. Tom Rudolph is an adjunct professor affiliated with Berklee College of Music (Berklee Online), University of the Arts, Central Connecticut State University, VanderCook MECA, and the Rutgers Mason Gross School of Music. He specializes in music technology, music history, and music education. Rudolph has authored numerous textbooks and online courses, including The Musical iPad, Teaching Music with Technology, and Technology Strategies for Music Education. His work focuses on integrating digital tools into music education, notation software mastery, and music production techniques.
His research interests span music technology pedagogy, historical music analysis, and innovative approaches to music notation. Rudolph also performs professionally as a trumpet player with the ensemble Gaudeamus and has published compositions and arrangements with Neil Kjos and Northeastern Music Publications.
