Dr. Tom Rance is an Honorary Tutor at the University of Leeds' School of Medicine (Faculty of Medicine and Health). He holds roles as an OSCE examiner for MBChB Years 2&3 and a member of the Extended Student-led Research or Evaluation Projects (ESREP) marking panel for final-year MBChB students. His teaching spans the MBChB and Physician’s Associate courses, with past involvement in the 4th-year Countdown to Finals revision program and the 'Bedside Medics' clinical teaching initiative.
Research interests include paediatric cardiology, congenital cardiology, medical education, quality improvement, and international health.
