Tom Narins

Tom Narins is an Associate Professor at the University at Albany, SUNY, affiliated with the Department of Geography, Planning, and Sustainability. He also serves as Program Director for both Urban Studies and Planning BA and Geography BA. Additional affiliations include the Department of East Asian Studies and the Department of Africana, Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Studies.
