Tom Malyn is an Associate Lecturer and PBL Tutor at York Law School, University of York. He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Glasgow, an LL.M in Commercial Law from the University of Birmingham, and advanced qualifications including a PgCAP in Academic Practice (York), a PgCM in Management (Northampton), and a Certificate in French and Norman Legal Studies (Caen). He is a non-practising Solicitor (England & Wales) and former Advocate in Jersey and Guernsey.
