Tom Henderson

Tom Henderson is an Associate Professor of Instruction and Assistant Dean for Undergraduate Studies at the Naveen Jindal School of Management, The University of Texas at Dallas. He holds an MS from the Arthur D. Little Management Education Institute (1992) and a BA from Hobart College (1983). His research focuses on international business, leadership, organizational behavior, and leadership assessments in Latin America.

His career also includes coffee trading in Latin America before academia.
