معرفی
Dr. Tom Hadavizadeh is a Lecturer in the School of Physics and Astronomy at Monash University and a member of the LHCb collaboration at CERN. His research focuses on experimental particle physics, particularly studying particles containing beauty and charm quarks, including rare decays, CP violation, and strong interaction processes. He holds a DPhil from the University of Oxford (2014–2018) and an MSci in Theoretical and Experimental Physics from the University of Cambridge (2010–2014). He also served as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Oxford (2018–2020) before joining Monash.
His work includes analyzing data from the LHCb experiment, investigating matter-antimatter asymmetries in charm quark decays, and simulating particle collisions. Recent research highlights include studies of doubly-heavy hadrons, Bose-Einstein correlations in proton-proton collisions, and searches for lepton-flavor-violating processes. Dr. Hadavizadeh’s contributions span over 446 publications, with a focus on precision measurements and uncovering new phenomena in high-energy physics.
His articles explore topics such as beauty and charm quark dynamics, jet substructure, and rare decays, reflecting his expertise in collider-based experimental particle physics. Collaborations with institutions like CERN and international teams underscore his role in advancing our understanding of fundamental particles and interactions.
