Tolga Çukur is a Professor at Bilkent University, affiliated with the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, National Magnetic Resonance Research Center (UMRAM), Aysel Sabuncu Brain Research Center, and Neuroscience Graduate Program. His research focuses on computational imaging methods for biomedical applications and computational neuroscience.

- BSc in Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Bilkent University (2003)
Research Interests: Develops ultra-fast MRI and MPI techniques using deep learning for vascular, musculoskeletal, and neurological disease diagnosis. Investigates human brain function during natural behavior via fMRI and machine learning, mapping semantic representations and cognitive processes.
