Tolga Umut KUZUBAŞ is an Associate Professor at Boğaziçi University in Istanbul, Turkey. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 2010. Currently affiliated with the University’s Department of Economics, his academic work focuses on financial systems, economic theory, and behavioral aspects of economic decision-making.
