Todd Wiebe

Todd Wiebe serves as Head of Research and Instruction at Van Wylen Library, Hope College, where he oversees all library and information literacy instruction initiatives and research help services. He is a member of the Library Leadership Team and served as interim dean of libraries during 2023-2024. With an MLIS from the University of Denver (2006) and a BA in history and education from Anderson University (2003), Wiebe has established himself as a prominent figure in academic librarianship.

Wiebe's research focuses on information literacy, source evaluation, and the role of academic libraries in undergraduate education. His work examines how students interact with various information formats and how librarians can effectively support student learning.
