Todd M. Fellman

Todd M. Fellman is an Adjunct Professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a District Court Judge in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District, appointed on January 19, 2019, by Governor Mark Dayton. He previously served in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office from 1993–2019 as an Assistant and later Senior Assistant County Attorney.

His academic affiliation focuses on legal education, and he co-teaches the course Child Abuse and the Law with Judge Tanya O’Brien. His professional background includes extensive prosecutorial experience, particularly in criminal and family law.

He holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School (1993) and maintains an active role in judicial and legal training initiatives.
