Todd Drew

Todd Drew serves as Director of Graduate and College Transfer Programs and Assistant Professor in the Tommy and Victoria Baker School of Business at The Citadel. He holds an EdD from the University of Nebraska, MEd from University of Maine, and BSBA/MBA from The Ohio State University.

With over 20 years in higher education leadership, his expertise spans organizational change, strategic planning, and process optimization. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, he develops leadership programs focused on talent-based development.

Previous roles include academic leadership positions at multiple institutions and consulting for municipal organizations and educational districts.
