Todd Cherry

Todd Cherry is a Professor, John S. Bugas Chair, and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Economics at the University of Wyoming's College of Business. His research explores the intersection of individual behavior and institutional frameworks, with a focus on environmental policy effectiveness and solar geoengineering's impact on climate governance. He employs experimental methods to address local and global collective action challenges.

Research Interests: Todd's work spans environmental economics, behavioral economics, and policy design, emphasizing experimental approaches to understand climate cooperation, solar geoengineering risks, and strategic behavior in international agreements. His recent projects analyze solar radiation modification and its implications for climate governance.
