Prof. Tobias Weber is a Professor holding the Chair of High Frequency Engineering at the Institute of Communications Engineering, University of Rostock. His research spans Wireless Communications and Radar Systems with core expertise in channel modeling, channel estimation, OFDM, MIMO techniques, localization, and imaging radar. Laboratory work includes development of MIMO mobile radio prototype systems and vector network analyzer radar sensors for advanced imaging applications.
Teaching responsibilities encompass High-frequency technology, Radio Navigation and Radar, Mobile communications, Radio communication project seminars, and Communications Laboratory courses.
