Tobias Stenlund is an Associate Professor at the Department of Community Medicine and Rehabilitation at Umeå University. He serves as Deputy Head of Department, Head of Unit, and Assistant Head of Department. His research focuses on eHealth and the application of Artificial Intelligence to improve independence for individuals with chronic diagnoses, particularly Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

His work spans biomechanics, postural load assessment in drivers, and digital health interventions.
