To'neill Bala

To'neill Bala is a Senior Lecturer and Personal Tutor Coordinator at the Department of Marketing, International Business and Tourism (MIBT) within Manchester Metropolitan University's Business School. He joined in 2019 and holds roles as Level 5 Year Tutor and Level 6 Personal Tutor Coordinator. His teaching focuses on Finance and Accounting for Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeships and Financial Management for undergraduate programs.

Education: Holds an MSc and Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGC LTHE).

Research Interests: Consumer behaviour and business development, with practical insights from over a decade in retail management (John Lewis, Pandora) and NHS/private healthcare sectors. His teaching integrates real-world examples from these experiences.
