Tino Weinkauf

Tino Weinkauf serves as Professor of Visualization at KTH Royal Institute of Technology while concurrently leading the Division of Computational Science and Technology. He holds a strategic position on the Steering Committee for InfraVis, an initiative focused on infrastructure development in visualization research and applications.

His research expertise centers on scientific visualization techniques, computer graphics innovations, and advanced data visualization methodologies within computational science frameworks. This work directly supports the Computational Science and Technology division's mission to develop robust infrastructure for complex data representation and analysis.

As an InfraVis Steering Committee member, Professor Weinkauf contributes to governance across multiple project tiers including Mid-Level Projects, In-depth Projects, and Infrastructure Development services. His leadership encompasses operational oversight, resource allocation, and strategic direction for visualization infrastructure initiatives that serve both academic and industrial research communities.
