Tino Minas is a Lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, located at Scharnhorststr. 121, Room 550. His teaching focuses on advanced sociological methods and qualitative research, with recent courses addressing violence theory, interpretive paradigms, and academic writing skills. His research interests span violence studies, praxeological methodologies, urban sociology, and political sociology with a focus on populism.
Minas' work bridges theoretical sociology with empirical inquiry, exemplified by studies on urban group dynamics using streetcar interactions and methodological explorations of populism. He actively contributes to academic discourse through publications in Zeitschrift für Theoretische Soziologie and the IfS Working Papers series.
