Tingwei Guo

Tingwei Guo is a Researcher and Team Lead at the Center for Craniofacial Molecular Biology within the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.

Guo's research focuses on craniofacial development, mesenchymal stem cell regulation, and cell signaling pathways (Wnt, FGF, PDGF, TGF-β) during tissue morphogenesis. His work explores mechanotransduction, neural crest lineage dynamics, and epigenetic control of progenitor cell fate, primarily using rodent models and advanced genomic techniques.

Recent publications highlight studies on spatial transcriptomics, cell-cell communication, and genetic determinants of craniofacial disorders. Key collaborations include Yang Chai and Jingjing Feng at USC.
